 Frequently Asked Questions

  • Yes! All of our pumpkins, straw bales, cornstalks, and mums are 100% real and locally sourced whenever possible. This gives your display that authentic, rich autumn look.

  • Because we use fresh, natural materials, they are subject to weather conditions and will naturally change over time. Florida’s heat and humidity can shorten their lifespan compared to cooler climates. We offer late delivery weeks into the season so you can enjoy them for the holidays!

  • We believe in giving our pumpkins a second life! After the season ends, we partner with local farms and animal rescues to donate our pumpkins for the animals to enjoy as a healthy treat. A portion of the pumpkins is also composted and used as natural fertilizer, helping to nourish the soil and support future crops. It’s our way of celebrating autumn while caring for our community and the environment.

  • Yes — our End-of-Season Removal service makes cleanup effortless. You can add this option during checkout, or request it later during your consult.

  • We are based in Naples, and we serve Southwest Florida — from Sarasota to Marco Island, and everything in between. If you're just outside this area, feel free to reach out. We may be able to accommodate on a case-by-case basis.

  • Absolutely! After booking, you’ll receive simple, practical care tips to help preserve your display for as long as possible. These include placement suggestions, watering guidelines for plants, and ways to slow down pumpkin deterioration.

  • Most entryway installations take between 30–45 minutes, depending on the package and layout. Larger or custom setups may take a bit longer, but we’ll schedule everything with you ahead of time.

  • If you ordered the package for your front entryway, then not at all! As long as we have access to your entryway, we’ll handle the full installation — contact-free and hassle-free. You'll receive a confirmation with your scheduled delivery window in advance.

    If you ordered for indoors or the backyard, then yes, we would need someone to provide access for our team.

  • Every package includes hand-selected pumpkins, optional straw bales, gourds, and seasonal accents — plus full delivery and styling. You can also personalize your package with add-ons at checkout or choose The Custom Entrance for a fully bespoke experience.

    End of season removal is not included, but can be purchased along with your package at the time of booking, or added during our consult.

  • Absolutely. We offer displays for commercial spaces, open houses, schools, businesses, and seasonal events. Reach out to book The Custom Entrance, which includes a personalized proposal based on your space.

  • Because our displays use real, natural pumpkins and seasonal materials, all purchases are non-refundable. Each order is reserved and sourced specifically for you.

    If you need to change the location of your installation (for example, delivering to a different home or property), we’re happy to accommodate as long as it remains within the same season and service area. Just let us know as soon as possible and we’ll work with you to update your booking.

We’re Vicki and Max — a husband and wife duo based in Naples, Florida with a shared love for simple beauty and seasonal charm. Posh Porch began as a passion project rooted in our favorite time of year: pumpkin season. We saw how just a few thoughtful touches could completely transform an entrance — and how that feeling of “coming home” could be made even more magical.

By day, I’m a Registered Nurse, and Max brings the muscle — but together, we’re the hands and hearts behind every porch we style. From delivery to setup (and even cleanup), we handle every detail so you don’t have to — no mess, no stress, just beautifully styled spaces ready to impress.
